At Perfume NZ, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every customer finds their perfect scent while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your perfume remains in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and has not been sprayed, as we cannot accept returns on used beauty products due to health regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in a sturdy box with protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RAN on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
