Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every fragrance sold on Perfume NZ is a genuine designer brand. We do not sell imitations, knock-offs, or counterfeit products.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days for urban areas and 3-5 business days for rural addresses via tracked courier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or sprayed.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. This is due to strict international aviation regulations regarding the transport of flammable liquids like perfume.
